We are going to be resuming regular adult classes at 6pm, There will be an optional workout after class for those of you who want to stay. For those of you who currently are enrolled in the group fitness at 6pm, there will be no change, the regularly scheduled workout and adult classes will run simultaneously. See you tonight!!
