What a great event! Congratulations to Pat Cassidy, Jon Cronin, Jose Afonso and Maria Tetley for promotion to Black Belt! So proud of you all. Everyone exceeded my expectations! Very proud to have you all representing Checkmate. Also a heart felt thanks to everyone that was on the mat to support them as their journey begins from a different perspective.
